As CEO and Senior Project Manager of Ferentino Design & Build Inc., Danny brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience and a lifelong passion for building and design. A Georgia State–Licensed Contractor, he began his career working side by side with skilled craftsmen, learning that true quality isn’t just in the materials — it’s in the care, patience, and pride you bring to every detail.

Our Pricing Promise
At Ferentino Design & Build, we believe homeowners deserve straightforward, honest pricing.
From the beginning, we work hard to provide a fixed price based on the scope we agree on and everything
visible during our initial walkthrough. Most projects stay right on budget, but the price may be updated if:
1. Hidden Issues Are Discovered
Once we open walls or begin work, we may uncover conditions that were not visible before—such as water damage, structural problems, outdated wiring, plumbing issues, or mold. If this happens, we’ll explain the situation clearly and walk you through the best solutions.
2. You Choose to Upgrade or Make Changes
If you decide to select materials and finishes beyond the original allowance, or make any changes to the scope, we’ll update the price through a written change order. This keeps everything transparent and ensures there are no surprises.
We always communicate openly, document any changes, and get your approval before moving forward.
